THE PLAYER
I get people set up on new software and confident using it. Today I onboard health and wellness clinics at Jane: product demos, onboarding calls, and live support by phone, chat and video. Before that I spent ten years on a poker room floor as a Poker Supervisor, so I know how a card room runs from the dealer's seat to the floor desk.
What I do best is help people at every level, from someone using software for the first time to a manager with a complicated setup. I adjust how I explain things to each person until it clicks. At Jane I work in HubSpot, Help Scout, Talkdesk, Zoom and Claude, so a support desk like Zoho Desk will feel familiar fast.
Away from work, I'm an avid cash game player. I don't play many tournaments, but when I do, I make them count, with plenty of final tables along the way.
